Pepito is one of our most popular dogs amongst our volunteers and it’s easy to see why. He is a happy-go-lucky little chap now that he has settled into shelter life and is beginning to mix well with our other shelter dogs.
He enjoys playtime in the garden and races around with our bigger dogs despite the fact that his legs are only short (he seems to prefer having bigger friends). Pepito walks nicely on the lead and enjoy his daily walks. However, one of Pepito’s favourite pastimes is cuddling up on a volunteer’s lap as he really is an affectionate little guy.
When people meet Pepito, they often ask what breed he is. We have no idea how many breed types make up Pepito but the result is a super cute little guy who looks like a cartoon dog.
Pepito is a confident dog who could live as an only dog, or perhaps in a family with a bigger dog as he seems to have made friends with our bigger dogs at the shelter.
Born around July 2022, Pepito currently weighs 12kg and is 36cm tall. He is negative for leishmaniasis and holds an EU-issued Pet Passport.
